Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At hireclasseshelper.com, our team wants you to be hopeful, not just hopeful that you are going to hire us. Our website has a simple refund policy, so you know exactly where you stand before, during, and after placing an order. Here is how it actually works.

1. When You're Eligible for a Refund

Quality Issues

If the work delivered clearly does not match what was agreed on and you can show us why- screenshots, a comparison against the original requirements, whatever makes the issue obvious- we'll take a look and make it right.

We Missed a Deadline

If our expert misses the agreed deadline and we have not given you a heads up beforehand, that is on us, and you are entitled to a refund for that portion of the work.

You Cancel Early

Changed your mind before an expert has actually started on your order? That's fine, you can cancel. A small cancellation fee may apply depending on how far along things were.

2. How to Request One

Send us your request along with whatever evidence backs it up; the more specific, the better. We're not looking for a reason to say no, we just need enough to actually verify what happened. Try to get this to us within seven days of your order being marked complete; after that, it gets a lot harder for us to look into it properly.

3. What Happens Next

When a support agent receives your request, our quality team will check it against the original order information. Our team will keep you in the loop all the way along; you won’t be left wondering what’s going on. If it is good, our team will process the refund within 5 business days, back to the original payment method.

4. What Our Team Can't Refund

A few things are out of our control here. If you change the requirements after the work has already started, we cannot refund on the original scope, because the job itself changed. Same with refund requests based solely on “I just don’t like it” with nothing to point to specifically. We need something concrete to work with. In addition, once an order is fully completed and delivered as agreed, that’s the end of the window unless there’s some real, provable quality issue or missed deadline.

5. Cancelling Before Work Starts

In general, you are fine as long as you cancel before the expert starts your work. Depending on how much preparation or scheduling has already happened on our end before you canceled the order, you may be subject to a small fee.

6. Questions?

If any of this is not clear, or you just want to talk through your specific situation, reach out to our support team anytime. We would rather explain something upfront than have you guessing.

Note: “This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect how we actually operate. We'd suggest checking back occasionally, especially before placing a new order.”
